Homemade ice-cream challenge
Lenovo challenged me to create an ice cream with a "Moroccan twist " so here is my take of a homemade one! Using orange blossom water, an essential flavor in our local cuisine, most Moroccans use it in pastries, or sometimes just to add as a local flavor to milk! I added other flavors too such as chocolate-ice powder and whipped cream powder for extra taste !
